Inspections can be requested throughout the term of the tenancy. carrying out mid term inspections will ensure that the property is being kept in a similar condition to that at the start of the tenancy and alert the landlord/agents to any concerns which may need addressing.

Our clerk will inspect the property in line with the inventory and in the presence of the tenants with their furniture and belongings.

The main objective of inspections is to check the tenant's general compliance with the tenancy agreement with regard to cleanliness, neglect, repairs required and any damage.
Our Services
CHECK IN REPORTS
A Check In Report is carried with tenants when they enter the property for the first time. One of our inventory clerks will work alongside the property ensuring both parties feel the report is accurate.
CHECK OUT REPORTS
A check-out report takes place at the end of the tenancy. Referring to the inventory and check report undertaken at the commencement of the tenancy, we will not any variations and dilapidations.
SCHEDULE OF CONDITION
This is carried out when a Check In Report is not available for check out purposes or only an inventory is available with no check in condition.
